Victoria J. Nemeskal, 94, of Maple City passed away peacefully on March 30, 2014 at Munson Medical Center. Victoria was born on April 16, 1919 in Maple City to the late Victor and Helen (Bartunek) Kalena. She was married to Peter (James) Nemeskal on September 24, 1941. He preceded her in death. Victoria was self-employed and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Victoria is survived by her brother, Francis Kalena, nieces and nephews; Dave (Debbie) Kalena, Zeke Kalena, Mark (Nicole) Kalena; Anne (Charles) Guenther, Mary Ann Nemeskal, Betty Nemeskal and Tony Nemeskal.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Kalena.
Friends are welcome to visit with Victoria's family on Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
A Catholic Burial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the St. Rita Catholic Church in Maple City, with visiting one hour prior to Mass.
