Wesley Oliver LaParr, 72 of Thompsonville passed away at Munson Medical Center on Wednesday, August 29, 2012.
Wesley was born on March 23, 1940 in Grawn to the late Elam and Ollie (Bailey) LaParr.
Wesley was a handyman and always loved helping people. Whether it was helping split wood, shovel snow or moving rocks he was a wonderful person to have around. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushrooming, gardening and helping can. Wesley was a selfless man and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Surviving Wesley is his sisters Loretta Barrett and Arlene Vollmers, niece and nephew Cindy and John Dahlke, many other nieces and nephews, special friends Stuart and Linda Grant and Jake and Diane Elliott.
Wesley is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Eleanor LaParr, Inez Prentice, Mose LaParr, Charles LaParr, and Edward LaParr.
A family gathering will take place at a later time for Wesley.
The family is being served by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
