TRAVERSE CITY — William H. Berry, 70, of Traverse City, passed away Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Munson Medical Center with his family by his side.William was born Jan. 22, 1940, in Omer, to Howard and Marie Berry. He served our country in the United States Navy on the USS Midway.William enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing with his grandkids.Surviving William is his wife E.J.; mother Marie Berry; three daughters (sons-in-law); grandchildren; three brothers; and two sisters. William was preceded in death by his father, son and son-in law.Funeral services will take place at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, with visitation from 2 to 4:30 p.m., at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Omer Evergreen Cemetery.Memorial contributions maybe directed to the family.The family is being served by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
