William D. Hoeksema

It's with a heavy heart and deep sadness that William "Billy" Donald Hoeksema, peacefully went to heaven to be with his mother, father and grandfather on July 17, 2025 at the age of 47.

Born on July 7th, 1978 in Traverse City, MI. Billy (and his twin brother Bobby) were raised by his grandparents, William and Elisabeth Barraw.

Billy was a graduate from Traverse City Central High School. He enjoyed working on vehicles, computers, camping and swimming. He worked at Dave's Garage in Traverse City as a mechanic back in the 90's.
Billy has two sisters, Linda Shafer and Cindy McCallum.

The celebration of life will be held at a later time.
