William "Billy" R. Keech, 58 of Traverse City passed away with his sister at his side on February 28, 2024.

Billy was born on September 16, 1965 in Traverse City, MI to the late Robert and Marilyn (Wilson) Keech.

He proudly graduated from High School when he was 26 and then continued on with Grand Traverse Industries. He worked for GTI for over 30 dedicated years.

Billy loved music. He enjoyed playing several different instruments but really loved the Harmonica and the Drums. Singing also brought him great joy. A Diet Pepsi and a 3 Musketeers were two of Billy's very favorite treats and he was always thrilled to receive them.

Billy was a great guy. He was always happy and had a smile on his face. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sister Rebecca Neibert, his nephews Richard and Robert Michalski, his great niece and nephews Taylor and Ashton and many other loving family members and friends.

Billy was happily greeted in heaven by his Dad, Mom and his brother-in-law Devon Neibert.

Visitation will be held from 4-7pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Burial will take place at the Ogdensburg Cemetery next to his parents. Memorial contributions may be directed to GTI.
